Fourth Consecutive Year of Recognition

Hisham Talaat Moustafa, CEO and Managing Director of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG), has once again been named the top Egyptian leader in Forbes Middle East’s “Top 100 Travel & Tourism Leaders 2025” list. This marks his fourth consecutive year earning the distinction.

Rising in Regional Rankings

Moustafa advanced three positions from last year to secure the 12th spot regionally among the most influential figures in the travel and tourism sector.

Leadership and Expansion

With over 40 years of leadership at TMG, Moustafa oversees a portfolio of over 5,000 hotel rooms across 11 operational hotels, with five additional properties under development. TMG’s land bank spans 125.9 million square meters across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Iraq.

Strong Financial Performance

In Q1 2025, TMG achieved $6.9 billion in cumulative sales, while hotel sector revenues surged 50% to $69 million, representing 37% of total revenues at $186 million.

Strategic Regional Growth

In May 2025, TMG signed a strategic agreement with Oman’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to develop two major real estate projects, further strengthening the group’s regional presence.
